What is branding?

It’s easy to think of your logo or tagline as your brand. Those are representations of your brand. But in its simplest form, your brand is the set of expectations you create for what it’s like to interact with your business or organization.

What does branding do for your organization?

You’ve thought a lot about marketing and probably even done some. But how do you know if you’re “doing it right”? Branding helps you to take control of your marketing.

A well-defined brand gives you a strong foundation for your marketing, decision-making and customer/member experience in the same way the roots of a tree anchor it firmly in the ground. Your brand helps you answer questions for potential customers/members like “What makes you unique? and “How will you make my life better?” and “Will I feel comfortable using your services?”

The goal of the Authentic Brand Communication process is to guide you through thoughtful consideration and careful articulation of who you are and what you have to offer, so you can share that with the world.
