How it works.

The Authentic Brand Communication process is accomplished through thoughtful exercises and personalized consultation via video conference, so you can be anywhere in the world and while you work on your branding and messaging.

Your all-inclusive branding package includes the following for a single price:

  1. Introductory Meeting: During a one-hour meeting, you’ll share information about your business or organization and your goals for branding to enhance the branding process.

  2. Branding Sessions: Over a series of 3-4 interactive sessions (generally 2.5-3.5 hours each), we’ll work together through eight (8) easy-to-understand and thought-provoking exercises that each break down a particular aspect of branding into “bite-sized” pieces. We start with your Core Values to ensure your brand is authentic to who you are / to your business or organization.

    At the end of the process, you will have developed a set of six (6) foundational elements of your authentic brand called your “Brand Platform.” This is the “big picture” of your brand and the foundation on which you can build your messaging and marketing, as well as make more consistent decisions and create positive experiences for your customers or members.

    The six (6) elements of your Brand Platform are:

    -The Mission of your business or organization

    -Your Vision for the future

    -The Unique Position your business or organization holds in the marketplace or community

    -Your Core Values for the way you work

    -Your Brand “Personality,” which is the way you express your brand and the way your customers/members experience it

    -Key Brand Actions that help you deliver a consistent experience for your customers/members

  3. Final Brand Review: Once we’ve development your authentic brand, we’ll meet to do a final review, making minor adjustments to perfect what you’ve created. We’ll talk about powerful ways to use your brand going forward. We can also set up a consultation with anyone who is working with you on your marketing materials, website, etc., to help ensure your brand translates into that marketing.

  4. Your Designed & Framed Brand Platform: You will receive a physical copy of your Brand Platform formatted into a one-page document and framed so you can place it prominently in your work area to keep your brand top-of-mind.
