Session 1: Your Authentic Brand Personality

Starting with your Core Values, I will coach you through the process of defining your authentic Brand Personality & Brand Voice. Once you’ve developed these, you can immediately use them to:

  • Connect with customers emotionally by posting your Core Values on your website.

  • Ensure your marketing & communications reflect your Brand Personality & Voice and develop a marketing tagline.

  • Guide your web designer/marketing professional in developing your logo, color palette, font and look & feel for your marketing materials.

  • Make important decisions, provide customer service and focus your marketing in a way that is more consistent with your Core Values and Brand Personality.

You can also build on the Session 1 output to begin Session 2.

Session 2: Your Mission & Vision

Building on the work you did in Session 1, I will coach you through the process of creating a Mission for what you do every day or the reason your business/organization exists. Then we will create your Vision for the future or statement of the big picture impact you’d like to have. Once you’ve developed these, you can immediately use them to:

  • Share your Mission & Visions statements on your website.

  • Craft an “elevator pitch” to help potential customers understand what you do and why.

  • Use elements from these statements in your marketing and communications.

  • Make important decisions, provide customer service and focus your marketing in a way that is more consistent with your Mission & Vision.

You can also build on the Session 1 & 2 output to begin Session 3.

Session 3: Your Unique Position in the Market/Community

Building on the work you did in Sessions 1 & 2, I will coach you through the process of creating a Positioning Statement, a detailed statement that defines how you are different from your competition and the unique place Once you’ve developed these, you can immediate use them to:

  • Help potential customers, supporters and partners better understand how you are different from your competition and why they should choose you.

  • Use elements from this statement in your marketing and communications.

  • Make important decisions for the direction of your business that are consistent with your unique Positioning.

You can choose to complete one, two or all three sessions, but sessions must be completed in order (build on each other). Each half-day session is affordably priced at $349.
